CODE CRAYON has announced the signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Independance Prod, a France-based content service provider, to strengthen global market collaboration centered around its SaaS streaming solution, Shortime Studio.

Under the agreement, the two companies plan to develop a streaming service focused on Korean content, including K-dramas and variety shows, and gradually expand it into global markets.

Shortime Studio is an all-in-one SaaS solution designed to enable content owners to build and operate their own streaming app services without additional development processes. From app creation and content management to monetization settings, the entire operation can be managed within a single integrated environment.

Independance Prod, a specialized company introducing K-content to European audiences, plans to launch a new streaming app, Kyool, powered by Shortime Studio in February. Kyool will focus on narrative-driven content optimized for mobile environments, aiming to deliver a new streaming experience tailored to European and global viewers.

A representative from Independance Prod stated, “Our partnership with CODE CRAYON marks a significant milestone in our international expansion strategy. Through KYOOL, we aim to build an editorial-driven platform tailored to European user environments and deliver new experiences on a reliable technological foundation.”

Meanwhile, CODE CRAYON continues to expand partnerships centered on streaming app services and is actively pursuing collaborations with content providers across various genres.
